The architectural studio Iván Paul manages to convert a degraded patio in the widening of Valencia into a house in which to isolate from the bustle of the environment while enjoying the light of the Mediterranean.
An open and luminous space that needed ceramic pieces to accompany the style of the patio. For this, they chose Duero, which belongs to the Tornares collection, a collaboration between TAU Cerámica and ERRE Arquitectura. The design was completed by the choice of Lema Wall.
The patio, which is located on the first floor, needed to be equipped to avoid the presence of humidity. For this purpose, three rooms and two bathrooms were clad with our materials. Ceramic is a practical option to resist water and, at the same time, it is easy to clean and maintain.
