The privilege of sleeping listening the sea waves
La Marsalada is a building of six apartments on three levels in the maritime passage of Puçol (Valencia). All of them have access to the terraces on the beachfront and views of the town.
TAU Cerámica, with the help of the Nada studio, has managed to give these minimalist homes the peace and light that match with the serenity of the sea.
The minimal use of materials is also essential to expand the space and flood it with natural light. And the sand–colored pavement connects with the beach and makes it flood the interiors.
The true pleasures of the Mediterranean
La Marsalada is located in a privileged location, with good weather throughout the year. For this reason, the indoor-outdoor connection has been one of the main pillars of the project. Nada, led by Borja Hernández and Arcadi Martín, has prioritized the enjoyment of outdoor areas, the use of natural light and cross ventilation.
The result are interiors that are completely connected to the exterior and the landscape. On the terraces, you can visualize the infinity of the sea.
